Different spaces in Risley have different reservation procedures, each involving working with one of our Hall Councils.
To reserve use of our common spaces, dance studio, Tammany Lounge, or library you must work with Kommittee by attending one of their meetings on Sundays at 9:00pm in the Risley Central Living Room. A calendar for these spaces can be found by reaching out our Kommittee Executive Board . Before requesting a space, you are expected to confirm another group is not already using that space through making allocations during Kommittee on Sundays.

For usage of the Risley Shops, you must work with the Risley Ministry for Arts and Shops Development (RMASD) by attending one of their meetings on Sundays at 7:00pm in the Risley Central Living Room.
For usage of Risley Theater, work with the Theatre Subcommittee (T-Sub) by attending one of their meetings on Sundays at 8:00pm in the Risley Central Living Room.
Groups wishing to reserve any Risley spaces for usage must have at least one member (resident or OOH) present at all times for card access and safety. Groups found using spaces without any member present will be referred to our RHD.
