President
- Uphold the constitution of this organization and follow parliamentary procedureGive overall leadership of the Community Council
- Preside over Community Council meetings
- Represent Townhouse Community Council outside of the community
- Be a leader and role model within the Townhouses
- Meet with the Community Council Advisors on a bi-weekly basis
- Be responsible for all formal community correspondence
- Attend every community council program, unless previously approved by the Advisor
- Give overall leadership of the Community Council
