109 McGraw is a former fraternity house (Sigma Phi Epsilon) turned residence hall. Built in 1965, this tan brick modern lodge features projecting balconies, a deep cornice, and windows separated by brick pilasters and panels.
It has been home to 41 residents and 2 RAs for the last couple years. It is located near West Campus and the Slope but is a part of the South Campus buildings. 109 is an upper-level co-ed residence hall. If you are looking for a small, quiet, tightknit community with close access to West and Central Campus, 109 McGraw is your community!
109 houses the Cornell food pantry, which helps to address food security on campus. The food pantry is separate from the residential part of the building.
