Welcome teachers!

Thanks for your interest in Write a Researcher! Teachers can coordinate classes by signing up at this link. The deadline to sign up is October 9th.

For current participants: You will be emailed a permission slip that must be signed by the parent/guardian of all participating students. The signed signed permission slip should be emailed along with the letter writing address to WriteAResearcher@gmail.com by the October 16th.

When we receive your signed permission slips, your class will be sent welcome packs (including stamps, envelopes, and pens). In November 2024, you will be notified of your pen pal matches!

Each pen pal should expect to send 3 letters and receive 3 letters in return between Nov. 2024 and May 2025. Each student must take a photo of their letter and teachers can email photos to WriteAResearcher@gmail.com before letters are mailed so we can maintain an online record.

**Participating students will have their Cornell University undergraduate application fee ($80) waived!**
