Circular


Circular is a smart platform that uses integrated data to coordinate logistics for Agribusiness. It digitalizes the planning and execution of freight to create efficiencies in several steps of the supply chain. It is the leading logistics platform for Agribusiness in Paraguay and Argentina, where around 60% of the grain & oilseeds export goes through an asset that uses the platform, about 50% of the drivers use the app, and their roster of clients include industry leaders such as Cargill, LDC and Cofco.

SCC worked on strategy and market research for Circular, helping them answer key questions for their expansion into the US market.

CyberSpara


CyberSpara is in the process of developing a game-based learning platform that teaches individuals to mitigate security threats online. Case studies have shown that after participating in just one round of CyberSpara’s DigitalPASS, users experience a 30% increase in cyber awareness, highlighting the effectiveness of the software. In 2022, it received a $250,000 grant from NSF, which is only a portion of the $440,000 total outside funding it has received as of 2022. CyberSpara has attracted the attention of various organizations, including St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES, local CSDs and defense agencies, like the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory and the Griffiss Institute in Rome.

Adapt Ready


Adapt Ready is building the world's first risk intelligence platform to measure risk interconnections for commercial insurance, financial services, and corporations. It is launching a new product catering to Corporate Risk Managers and Supply Chain departments of large corporations ($100M+ in revenues) that enables them to gain new insights to mitigate/eliminate supply chain risks faster than ever before. Over its lifetime, Adapt Ready has garnered numerous awards such as Risk Modelling Technology of the Year in Insurance Times’ 2017 Tech & Innovation Awards and Top 50 Female Future Leaders recognized by the Financial Times.

SCC performed customer discovery to shape the development of Adapt Ready's new product for Risk Managers and Supply Chain departments of large corporations.

Cadence Cash


Cadence Cash is a fintech startup that helps minority and women-owned small businesses access capital quickly. In 2023, Cadence participated in Google for Startups’ Black Founders Exchange Program and launched their beta product to their early adopting customers. Our project goal was to identify and collaborate with channel partners that can help sell Cadence’s products. Cadence was recently selected for the Visa Plug and Play Inclusive Fintech Accelerator and it continues to scale its beta program and amplify its reach.

SCC focused on conducting targeted research, developing messaging frameworks, and preparing a step-by-step plan for an implementation roadmap for Cadence.

 

Sense-ational You


Sense-ational You is a nonprofit focused on manufacturing and distributing uniquely designed clothing for children with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Few people know that children with these disorders have hyperactive nervous systems that make normal clothing that most people wear feel itchy, uncomfortable and distracting. Sense-ational You was founded with a purpose to increase awareness surrounding the additional struggles that children with SPD and ASD endure and how we can fix these issues.

SCC developed and implemented a channel partner strategy for Sensational You as well as presenting a renewed marketing strategy.

 

Lucia


Lucia is a Contractor Marketplace startup for Hospitality. It connects hospitality businesses with skilled contractors providing strategic, administrative and creative services. Lucia is currently being used by 300+ companies. Our project goal was to conduct customer research to help Lucia expand into seving boutique hotels as customers.  Lucia was recently featured in the Forbes and Luxury Travel Advisor and has been rapidly expanding to new customer segments.

SCC conducted customer discovery interviews with hotels in Ithaca, identifying their challenges, and delivering our strategic analysis on the services Lucia could provide.

 

Alcolyte


Alcolyte is on a mission to revolutionize the way individuals enjoy alcohol without compromising health and productivity. It developed a functional margarita mix that guarantees a delicious, hangover-mitigating mixed drink by simply combining water, hard alcohol, and their mix.  With a successful product launch, Alcolyte is now building on its recent sales growth and is prepared to extend its reach.

SCC conducted competitor analysis and social media research for Alcolyte, which allowed us to devise a digital ad and content strategy.
