The Residence Hall Director (RHD) is a full time, live in professional staff person, and is not a student (at Cornell). The RHD is responsible for the long range planning as well as day-to-day operations of the building, and is the Mary Donlon representative to its parent organizations, Housing & Residential Life, Campus and Community Engagement, and Cornell University.

Hello and Welcome to Donlon Hall. My name is Haley and I have been the RHD for Mary Donlon Hall for two years. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters of Science in Higher Education from the University of Tennessee. I have two amazing cats who will have their own profiles here as they are a part of the community. I am a book lover and enjoy a lot of reading in my free time. Additionally, I do a lot of arts and crafts. I look forward to this upcoming Academic year!
