Resident Assistants (RAs) are live in staff who are undergraduate students who in areas including educational programming, counseling, referrals, and crisis management.
JAM has a total of 4 RAs, 1 for each unit, but you always welcome to reach out to any of the JAM RAs with questions, concerns, or general support.

Visual Design
Each night there is an RA on call, but our on-call structure is shared with Holland International Living Center and Ujamma. They are here to support the overall community outside of the typical business hours.
