What's the role of a Fellow?

A fellow's primary responsibility is to provide students in their residential community with opportunities to explore and cultivate the students' academic, intellectual, and cultural interests. To accomplish this, Fellows work with the Residence Hall Director (RHD); the Resident Advisors and potentially other Fellows.
