We are working on cultivating the Village Fellowship Project, a partnership with Village at Ithaca to build companionship and curate Strong Start Kits, containing transitional housing items. We also engage in fundraising and volunteer work within Tompkins County and are currently working on an event to distribute urgently needed items.
We create and lead presentations and educational workshops about homelessness to cultivate awareness. We are also working on a documentary and hosting a upcoming panel to to bring together professors, subject-matter experts, and individuals with lived experience to foster a deeper understanding of housing insecurity.
We engage with emerging legislation about homelessness within Tompkins County, and conduct on-campus surveys. We are also working on creating infographics.
