This organization is a registered student organization of Cornell University.

BBMTA of Cornell University is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving underrepresented students interested in pursuing health-related careers. The organization provides underrepresented students with a community and resources to succeed as pre-health undergraduate students. BBMTA hosts general body meetings where students obtain academic support, professional development skills and awareness of health-related issues. Through our annual health career conference composed of panels and workshops, we expose students to a range of health professionals and give students the opportunity to engage with those already established in the medical field. BBMTA extends its mission into the Ithaca community beyond Cornell through commitment to various service projects and youth mentorship.

Our mission is to provide support for organizations that want to attend the national East Coast Asian American Student Union Conference that is held every year at a different location. This would also involve designing activities and workshops at each conference.

Mission
The primary purpose of Expanding Your Horizons is to organize a day-long conference in the spring semester which will be open to 7-9th grade girls from all over New York state. The goals of the conference are to stimulate the participants' interest in math and science through hands-on activities, to provide them with female scientist role models (who are Cornell University graduate and undergraduate students), and to foster awareness of opportunities in math and science-related careers. We also provide community for like-minded graduate student interested in science outreach and working on making STEM more inclusive and equitable.

The purpose of History of Art & Visual Studies Graduate Student Association shall be to provide graduate students enrolled in Cornell’s department of History of Art & Visual Studies PhD program with a forum for discussing department business, upcoming events, and scholarly interests relating to the field of art and visual studies. This organization will also provide an opportunity for graduate students in the department to collaborate on papers, exhibitions, and conference papers/panels.

Hotel Ezra Cornell (HEC) is a weekend-long business conference organized and executed by the students of the School of Hotel Administration. The conference boasts a series of educational seminars, food and beverage events, and leisure activities to generate thought-provoking conversation about the industry and build long-term relationships between current and future hospitality professionals. A 97-year-old tradition of the school, HEC allows students to practice the skills they have learned in the classroom and showcase their talents to industry leaders, supporting the program's mission of "Showcasing Hospitality Education Through Student Leadership."

Cornell Men's Club Volleyball is dedicated to playing competitive volleyball in a fun, engaging environment. As part of the Eastern Collegiate Volleyball Association (ECVA), we play at least three weekend tournaments per semester, capped off by the national tournament hosted by NCVF. Our conference includes Syracuse, Buffalo, Binghamton, Army, RIT, Cortland, and Brockport. If you love playing volleyball, this is the closest to varsity Cornell has to offer.

The purpose of our organization is to bring together graduate Linguistics students interested in Phonetics and Phonology. During our meetings, we read articles, practice conference talks, learn new academic skills, and more. We will also organize academic events where we invite guest speakers to give talks and hold meetings with students, as well as social events where students can get to know their peers and faculty better.

The purpose of the organization is to work on behalf of the graduate students in the Department of Science and Technology Studies at Cornell. We organize beginning of the year and end of the year events to introduce graduate students to each other and to build our community. We also bring in outside speakers and organize lunch and workshops with them. More recently, we have funded a writers' group which helps students in our department (and those from other departments who would like to join in) work on their writing projects through workshopping either dissertation chapters, journal articles, and conference papers. Since covid, we have organized digital get-togethers, and we helped fund a zoom talk on antiracism in our field, coordinated by current graduate students.
