How to Start Volunteering With Us:

To attend our visits, please make sure you have completed the following:

1. Send your materials (shot records, PPD test) to Bonnie (bbrown@beechtreecenter.com) and fill out this form for your updated yearly PPD.
2. Either before or after your visit: Read the online training PDF that Bonnie sends.
3. Fill out the Spring Domestic Travel Form.
