Hi everyone! My name is Lauren Hamre (she/her pronouns) and I will be serving as the Residence Hall Director (RHD) for Low Rises 6 and 7 this year! I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri and I attended the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk Jayhawk!) for both my B.S.E in secondary education in history and government and my M.S.E. in Curriculum and Instruction. While at KU, I served as an RA, an Assistant Complex Director, and a Hall Coordinator. The 2023-2024 academic year will be my second year at Cornell and as the RHD for the Low Rises. Fun facts about me include that I love crocheting, hiking, and traveling!
