Resident Advisor (A-Side)

Mira Yengera

Mira is a Biological Engineer and pre-med student dedicated to seeking global health solutions and addressing food insecurity with hands-on medical experience in running a slum clinic in Delhi, India. As a researcher in the Swingle Lab, Mira investigated host resistance in wild potato species to combat crop instability caused by climate change.

Outside the lab, she is getting ready to travel as Safety Manager for her Engineers in Action's 2025 WASH—Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene—project in Eswatini, Africa. On campus, she also serves as an Event Promoter for the Cornell Concert Series. In her free time, she enjoys tutoring English to Korean students, songwriting, and dog training.

Mira is incredibly excited to meet the residents and host stress-relieving events throughout the semester.
