Juliana Garcia

Juliana Garcia is a generalist counselor/Latinx Community Liaison for Counseling and Psychological Services at Cornell Health. Originally from Fort Worth, TX, Juliana came to Ithaca in 2010 to attend Cornell's ILR School for her undergraduate degree and remained in the area after graduation. Her approach to mental health care is that of respect and curiosity. She seeks to work collaboratively with students as they navigate this new chapter in their life and help them find the tools, they need to not just cope but thrive.When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family as well as playing roller derby for both the Ithaca Roller Derby league and Rochester's Flour City Fear roller derby league. Her Let's Talk drop-in hours are Fridays 1:30-3pm at Rockerfeller Hall Room 431. Feel free to come by and say hi!

Ricky Boche

Ricky Boche is an Assistant Dean of Students in Student Support & Advocacy Services within the Office of the Dean of Students.

In this role, he assists students across campus in navigating difficult academic and life situations. Ricky has been at Cornell since the summer of 2019 and has worked for Sorority and Fraternity Life, Multicultural Student Leadership and Empowerment, and Campus Activities.

He is passionate about working with students and creating a positive student experience. Ricky received his B.A. in Foreign Languages- Spanish and M.S. Ed in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL. He is originally from Chicago and is proud to be of Guatemalan descent. Ricky is the Advisor for Quisqueya: Dominican Student Association and Sigma Lambda Upsilon Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority, Inc.
