About Us

The GDEV Student Advisory Board consists of undergraduate students within the Department of Global Development (including Global Development, International Agriculture & Rural Development, and Development Sociology). We unite critical scholarship and practice at the intersections of agricultural, environmental, life, and social sciences to advance a more equitable, sustainable, and food-secure world for all. Side-by-side with our network of global and community partners, we demonstrate our commitment to inclusion, innovation, and furthering the study and practice of global development. We embrace a transdisciplinary approach emphasizing real-world engagement on a global scale — with communities in New York State, across the United States, and around the world.
