This fall, flu vaccination is required for students studying on the Ithaca campus. Cornell is providing free vaccination through on-campus flu vaccine clinics, beginning this week. See the clinic schedule – and sign up for a timeslot – at health.cornell.edu/flu.

Programming
Will remain virtual including NYSOP, P3, and McNair programming.
This Fall Cornell Cinema marks its 50th anniversary as one of the longest running campus film exhibition programs in the country. We would have been hosting several special events to celebrate the milestone, but instead, to meet the challenges of the current pandemic, we are introducing a virtual cinema program that will give patrons free access to a variety of screenings. The in-person celebrations will be postponed until next year.
The Advance Publicity release provides general information about how our virtual screenings will work and a chronological listing of all the films we currently have scheduled (some films may be added over the course of the semester). You can view an alphabetical listing of the films here:
Curious to explore a fascinating subject outside your intended major?
Want to meet a fantastic and friendly professor?
Still looking for an extra credit or two without the pressure of grades?
Check out these Learning Where You Live courses. They are almost all 1-credit courses offered S/U (with exceptions noted). Former students have raved about these courses, noting their ability to really get to know a faculty member and other students in a low stress and interesting course. All are open to you regardless of where you live. Register for them during add/drop just as you would for any other course and email the faculty member with any questions.
Cornell International Fair
Tuesday, September 8, 12–2 p.m.
The annual International Fair showcases Cornell's global opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. Explore our virtual fair on September 8 and find out about international majors and minors, language study, fellowships, internships, study abroad, exchanges, service learning, and more.
The fair will be held as a virtual event via Zoom, with each virtual table set up as a Zoom meeting. Register now to receive an email containing links/access information for all virtual tables. During the event, you will be able to come and go from each table at any point (to join a new table, close out of your current table and then click the link for the table you wish to join).
If you are not able to join the event synchronously, the confirmation email will also contain contact information for all participating units. Video clips and other resources will be available after the fair.
