JSA Annual Senior Send off

The Senior Send-Off is an end-of-year celebration dedicated to honoring graduating seniors while bringing together a diverse and inclusive community for one final shared experience before commencement. The event will feature an awards ceremony recognizing student leadership, impact, and contributions, along with the distribution of organization merchandise to commemorate their time at Cornell.
In addition to the formal recognition, the event will include a variety of social and interactive elements such as food, music, and games (including card-based activities), creating a relaxed and engaging environment for attendees to connect. A featured LGBTQ+ speaker will also be present, contributing to meaningful dialogue around identity, inclusion, and community, while members of the broader Cornell and Ithaca community
Open to all, the Senior Send-Off is designed to foster connection across different backgrounds and identities, creating a welcoming space where individuals can celebrate, reflect, and build lasting memories. With an expected attendance of 40–60 participants, the event emphasizes inclusivity, cultural exchange, and community engagement, ensuring that all attendees feel valued and recognized.
