About Us

The purpose of SCAAEP is to enable veterinary students at Cornell to learn veterinary medicine as it pertains to equine medicine, both commercial and private, to provide veterinary students with educational opportunities in the equine aspects of veterinary medicine, to aid in the career development of students by informing them of the opportunities available in equine medicine, to enhance leadership characteristics and skills and to act as a liaison between equine veterinarians and students.
