PDOW is an all-female-led organization with the purpose of equipping women on campus with valuable personal finance knowledge and skills, like budgeting and investing, that go beyond the classroom setting. PDOW also introduces members to various career paths within the business world, which they can pursue upon graduating from Cornell, and helps prepare member for the job interview and application process.
