The purpose of this organization is focused largely around planning and formulating a cohesive network for supporting the overall development of men of color at Cornell University. The objectives of the MOCC shall be: to empower men via academia, leadership, and professional development; assist with the recruitment, retention, and advancement of men of color; provide mentorship to men of color; identify and cultivate future leaders.
