About Us
We, the aspiring Black pre-health students, in our pursuit of academic excellence and a future in healthcare, do hereby establish the Black Pre-Health Alliance. In recognition of our shared aspirations, unique experiences, and the challenges we face on our journey toward careers in health and medicine, we unite under this banner to forge a community of support, empowerment, and advocacy. We acknowledge the historic underrepresentation of Black individuals across health professions and the urgent need to address disparities in healthcare. We pledge to uphold these principles and to work collaboratively toward a future where Black individuals are represented at all levels of the health field, where healthcare inequities are reduced, and where our collective efforts contribute to a healthier, more just society.
