About Us
LOKO is a union among students of all backgrounds that is aimed at promoting Korean music, fine arts, and culture through dance performances. As a contemporary dance group with a unique focus on Korean hip-hop, the organization explores not only the realm of Korean culture, but also the intertwining of global music genres and "Americanized" Korean pop. LOKO has a special commitment to promote diversity and raise awareness for Korean music not only to the Cornell community through performances on campus but also to the public through official choreography videos online.
