Push yourself in a fun way, but not into the danger zone. Your body’s got the best instincts—if it wants a timeout, take it!

The room will be open—pull up, hang out, and chat with each other before we start.

Bow in and let’s get moving! (Instruction)
A different person will run the warm‑up each time—your turn is coming, so bring the energy!

Sparring Training (Instruction)
Safety > everything. We’ll level up your sparring skills gradually. If you’ve missed a few sessions, you might be on “limited mode” for the day—purely for safety (not punishment, promise).
