Habitat for Humanity Cornell Chapter

A campus chapter committed to building and advocating.

About Us

Habitat for Humanity Cornell Chapter supports the Habitat for Humanity of Tompkins and Cortland Counties affiliate by connecting student volunteers with building (i.e., volunteer) opportunities with the local Habitat affiliate. Additionally, our organization aims to raise awareness about the importance of safe homes for underserved populations, and to fundraise for our local Habitat for Humanity chapter. Our organization also aims to coordinate annual trips for student volunteers during the University's academic breaks.

Discuss the importance of affordable housing, develop local solutions, and advocate in government settings.
