The purpose of Food Science Club shall be to foster a close relationship among the Food Science students and faculty at Cornell University; to encourage leadership and acquaint students with the scope of food science and technology; to spread awareness of food science to the Cornell University and larger Ithaca community; to provide members with opportunities to engage with the professional food industry.
