About Us
Evo-group is a inter-departmental graduate student run organization that unites undergraduate, graduate students, post-docs, and faculty interested in evolutionary biology. We hold monthly seminars in which students, post-docs, and faculty present their research which they are conducting at Cornell. All Cornell community members are welcome to attend these seminars. We also hold annual meetings in which all evo-group members participate in order to prioritize and plan future directions. We additionally host a one day symposium that highlights a particular topic in evolutionary biology and includes local speakers from nearby Universities in addition to speakers from across Cornell departments.
