Mission
The Cornell Asian Pacific-Islander Student Union is the umbrella organization for Asian/Asian-American and Asian-interest organizations at Cornell University. We aim to bring undergraduate organizations representing students of Asian descent together to facilitate networking among the members of the community. We strive to be the platform for the Cornell community to learn about and understand our diverse ethnic backgrounds in order to form a more cohesive community.

Mission
The recently rechristened International Students Union (ISU), previously the International Students Board (ISB) is an organization of students from a diverse background committed to promoting dialogue and awareness about world events, cultures and issues. We fulfill this goal through the ISU's original events and the funding of student organizations, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of their events. The ISU believes that the university environment offers a unique opportunity for the interaction of ideas and opinions. The prestige and resources of Cornell University allow us to plan major events and to hear from influential speakers, and we are committed to fulfilling this potential. Further, the ISU encourages all student groups to approach the Board with ideas and suggestions concerning events or speakers they would like to see on campus. The International Students Union is also committed to student advocacy, focusing on issues that affect international and diverse students. These projects can be in response to long-term concerns, current global events, or changes in policies by the university's administration. The ISU does not take any political stance on issues but we support the right of student organizations to present these issues to the Cornell Community.

As of 1975, we the Latinx* Students at Cornell University have united with the intent to create a collective organization that will serve as a forum to address the social, cultural, political and educational concerns of the Latinx community at Cornell University. Its ideology shall arise from the particular circumstances of the Latinx people and shall be guided by the ideals of Latinx students on the Cornell University campus.

*Latinx is being used in place of Latina/o to be inclusive of all identities within our community

Mission
MEPA provides academic and personal support to students in the organization, enhances the community's awareness of Chicanx culture through educational, cultural and social programming, and promotes the continued education of Chicanx students. We are working towards a decolonial understanding of the "Chicanx" label. It transcends further than an identity; it is a philosophy, a mindset. "Chicanx" is inclusive of any person of any ethnicity or race. Although MEPA de Used used to caters to the Latinx community, the organization is open to anyone willing to liberate and empower the marginalized. We aim to celebrate our cultures and history but remain cognizant of the facts, stories, and voices that have yet to enter the mainstream conversations around what it means to be Chicanx.

The purpose of MCFAB shall be to bring performers of color to the Cornell campus. We are built and made for the community, by the community, in order to make minority students feel heard and listened to. MCFAB respects the interests of the Cornell student body and makes it its mission to bring diverse and exciting talents to campus.

Native American and Indigenous Students at Cornell (NAISAC) exists to promote and preserve understanding of Indigenous cultures of the Americas, to raise awareness of Indigenous issues, and to foster networks among American Indians, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, First Nations, and other Indigenous students and alumni of Cornell University.

We, the members of the South Asian community at Cornell University, do hereby
establish the South Asian Council to serve as the umbrella organization for all
organizations at Cornell University that are concerned with South Asian identity,
representation, and issues. The South Asian Council will aim to raise awareness and
advocate for South Asian interests, provide support for the South Asian community,
and build collaborations internal and external to the community.
