The purpose of Animal Advocacy at Cornell (AAC) shall be to provide a space for individuals of all backgrounds who have an interest in ending suffering and exploitation of all animals, through advocacy, education, outreach, campaigning, and a plant-based lifestyle. AAC seeks to increase the accessibility of a plant-based diet and help individuals explore the world of plant-based eating.
