Ever feel like your peers have things figured out but your own achievements are due to luck or some factor other than talent?
This workshop with Jess Perlus clarifies what the imposter syndrome is and isn't, and shares the latest research. Then we focus on understanding unintended consequences that may affect your career and health. The workshop's aim is to teach evidence-based skills so you can recognize and overcome these feelings of self-doubt.

Stop by and say hello to members of the Community Response Team! Learn about what they do and how they serve the North Campus Community.
You're welcome to explore a trauma sensitive breath and gentle movement practice with CRT member and Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, Sandra Valdez-Lopes, RYT. Offerings will be 5-8 minutes in length from 4-5 PM, offered four times during the hour. Seated practices will be supported. All choices with one's breath, body, and presence will be supported. You're invited, if accessible, to explore what wellness and relief is available to you and then join the other members of the CRT for some pup play and wellness planning.
*Please note - dogs will only be participating if Cornell is at COVID status GREEN.
