About Us
The ILR Black Student Union (ILR BSU) strives to foster solidarity between Black ILRies by providing a sense of community, academic resources, and a lifelong support network for all things work. The founding members have set a vision to enrich Black ILRies and the wider community through Black intellect and perspectives. We collectively stand against the injustices that Black workers face and are equally committed to advancing the initiatives and philosophy of all Black students in ILR.
