As the RHD, I am responsible for the daily operations of the Townhouse Community. I supervise the RAs and help them plan events that help build a strong community for all residents of the Townhouses. I also work with our Building Care team to ensure that our facilities are well maintained. Lastly, I work to hold individuals accountable as responsible members of the Townhouse Community.
