CP is always looking for dedicated technicians and employees. You're required to be a student at Cornell University, but, beyond that, anyone is welcome to apply to be a CP worker! You definitely don't need to have prior experience; we'll teach you everything you need to know. As a CP member, you'll be expected to work shifts ranging from loading and unloading equipment, running sound and/or lights for an event, helping with shows in Bailey Hall, and participating in employee meetings and training. For the most part, CP scheduling is flexible, and you will have the ability to decide which shifts you work and which you don't.
