Fostering a sisterhood is the ultimate goal of WOCA. We want WOCA to help connect those with similar experiences and the best way to do that is through interacting with our community on a regular basis. We are making attendance a priority throughout the organization to reach this goal.
Some WOCA events/meetings are mandatory while others are optional. WOCA members should try to be present at all mandatory events/meetings but we understand that that is not always possible. However, if an active member is absent for 4 or more mandatory events, the member will be considered inactive and will be notified about the change in their status.
