Rock Climbing with the High Rises

Are you tired of standing on the ground and not holding rocks? Well no more! Find yourself High up and Rise to the top of the rock wall in the High Rises Rock Climbing program! The program is on Saturday, May 1. We'll meet at the front of Bartels Hall (across the Schoellkopf Field parking lot) at 3:20 and climb until 5:30. No gear or experience needed.

Orientation Leaders are highly valued student volunteers who mentor a small group of new students who are either a new first-year or transfer student. New students look to their OL for guidance on how to navigate campus life, campus resources, and stories about what it's like to be part of the Cornell community. This is a great way to engage on campus and serve the Cornell community. You'll meet new people and get a look behind the scenes at how one of Cornell's largest volunteer opportunities works. Sponsored by New Student Programs.

Every year, Sexual Assault Awareness Month supports victims and survivors through healing spaces, educational events, and workshops with on-campus partner organizations. Our collaborators include partners from all across campus and various identity groups. Whether you're a victim or survivor, a campus leader, or a student who wants to make a difference, SAAM is a time for Cornell to come together against sexual violence. Sponsored by Sexual Violence Prevention Network.

Online group counseling

CAPS still has openings in several of its online therapy groups, including groups especially for LGBTQ students, students of color, and graduate students, plus a new group focused on secondary trauma related to police brutality, BLM, and racism. Learn more about CAPS group counseling.
