Fall is finally here and that means homecoming is as well! With a lot of festivities this weekend, be sure you know all the events that are going on here. From crafts to light shows to the big game, find some time to enjoy yourself (safely preferred) after your first prelims of the semester.

Updates & Reminders

  • RPCC will be moving student package pickup from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor Service Center space starting 8am on October 10th. As a result, the package room on the 3rd floor will close at 12pm on October 9th to allow for everything to be moved downstairs
  • Answer your RAs to sign up for an RA chat! They just want to get to know you more :)
  • Two car reminders to avoid getting a ticket or even towed:
    • Parking is not available to residents in front of the Community Center entrance–it is reserved for facilities and emergency vehicles
    • Cars should also not be entering the inside of Quads

This week’s Townhouse Treat is another breakfast that brings in the flavor of fall but with a little bit of protein. This week’s treat is an Apple Pie Yogurt Bowl! It’s a nice intro to the fall flavors without all the intensive baking–although that will be down the line. If you don’t have a good relationship with dairy, feel free to opt for a coconut yogurt (Wegmans is my personal fav) or another dairy-free alternative. If you’re really searching for that extra protein for breakfast, you can add your go-to protein powder to the yogurt before adding the apples and granola. Unfortunately, I don't have a recommendation for that since I don’t work out.

I hope you enjoy this week’s treat and/or it inspires you to take a little extra time for yourself in the mornings.
