Hey Donlon!

I hope your February started strong! Here's a bunch of opportunities to check out.

Lost and Found

If anyone found a Canada goose jacket with the name Elisha in it could you please turn it in to an RA.  The jacket was last seen in the D2 lounge between 7-11AM yesterday.

Ballet and Books

Ballet and Books is a community based organization dedicated to building the confidence of young children through dance while engaging children in literacy activities and improving upon their reading skills through a one on one mentorship.

They are currently recruiting mentors and dance teacher assistants for Spring 2020. The application can be found here: Ballet and Books Spring 2020 Application

Volunteer Opportunity

Are you looking for a local volunteer opportunity? Enjoy giving back by working with students? Join the Residential Student Congress for our first engaged experience for the Spring 2020 semester at Mad City Money @ Ithaca High School on Friday, February 7th at 12:00-4:00pm.
Help facilitate a financial awareness simulation where high school students are transported into the future with a family, a job, debt, and expenses. It’s up to them to figure out how to manage their money to afford what they need for hypothetical living. Check out this video to see Mad City Money in action:

This is a GREAT opportunity to impact youth by helping them develop financial management skills. No experience is necessary! Please sign up via this link (https://forms.gle/2qTxQw8nLCxN6UQp7) if you will be able to help out.
