Private rooms - within a student’s private assigned room, the occupancy limit (including room owners) is as follows: Single room 2 people. Double room 4 people.
Note that if the room door is open to the public area of the building, the room is no longer considered private and those present must abide by rules related to public conduct such as wearing your mask!

A Note From Building Care

Please do not dye your hair in the bathroom as it stains the walls. If you chose to do so anyway, then please clean up after yourself or else it will become difficult to clean.

Please do not put items in the alcoves, Its a fire hazard.

Food trash does not go in your bathroom. Please use the floor kitchen.

The brown sanitary bags and toilet paper are still going missing from the bathrooms. They are not for personal use but for building care use only, so please do not take them.

High Council Updates

Hey High Rises, here's your weekly presidential update about upcoming High Council events!

First, we're opening up our council meetings to anyone who's a resident at the High Rises. The meetings run from 2:00pm to 3:00pm every Sunday. We're installing a whiteboard in Jameson (per our residents requests), so be sure to come out to our public council meetings if you ever have any questions or issues that you want to bring up to the committee!

Next, we've got a new Discord Server for y'all to join! The server is a great way to find friends and fellow students on your floor, and we'll be releasing important event-related announcements there too. You can find the link here: https://discord.gg/jXprpFs5Ph

Lastly, we're having a whole week of Halloween-Themed High Rise events from October 24-31 in collaboration with the High Rise RAs, so get your costumes and ready! Also, be on the lookout for an upcoming High-Rise sponsored PING-PONG tournament coming to you in mid-October after prelims are over. Hope to see you at our next council meeting on 10/10!
