ALL NEW! A new process for allocating budgets will allow student organizations to use their allocations quicker and easier!

All you have to do to utilize your funds is to submit a Payment Request following the Universal Guidelines mentioned above
There are options for Cornell to pay for most things
Services MUST be paid for by Cornell and include the contracts outlined in Chapter 5 of the Big Red Guidebook.
Reimbursements will be processed faster this year, as they must be turned in within 30 days of when the purchase was made
Your group must be fully registered and approved to utilize any funding
Outside and Gift Funding has been uploaded already
Each primary funding board will assign one student leader to your organization to help you plan your programming
They will help you with questions about what you can and cannot purchase and how to submit payment requests
Enhanced support from the four primary funding boards by having a 1:1 primary funding board liaison.
Below are the four primary funding boards, and their emails are below.
GPSAFC (Graduate and Professional student organizations only)
SAFC (Undergraduate student organizations that are not sports or faith-related)
ICC (Interfaith Council at Cornell student organizations only)
CSC (Club Sports Council student organizations only)
The Payment Request has also undergone some significant improvements; this year, it should be as intuitive as ever! It is already live and can be used by any groups with Gift and Outside Funding as long as they are fully registered. Watch for an email next week titled “How To Submit a Payment Request” for more details. Additionally, there are supplementary funding boards that you can request funding from. These are outlined in Chapter 5 of the Big Red Guidebook, and the applications will open on August 21st.
To summarize, there will be NO budget reviews for primary funding allocations; you should know the new Universal Guidelines in and out and watch for an email from your primary funding board to be paired with a 1:1 funding liaison. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Campus Activities activities@cornell.edu.
Thanks,
