This week’s Townhouse Treat is another pumpkin recipe, but for those who prefer the savory side of things. This week’s treat is a pumpkin alfredo! If you prefer to omit the heavy cream for lactose purposes, feel free to substitute with coconut cream or a dairy-free heavy cream. You can also completely forgo the heavy cream and just use the pasta water to thicken the sauce. If that's more your speed, just reserve a little extra pasta water. If you happen to have fresh parsley on hand, you can top the pasta with it after serving for a real deal pasta experience. Hope you enjoy!
