Read to the End for New Fun Stuff! 

I hope you are all well! This email is to inform the members and managers of RMASD that the upcoming meeting on 3/7 will be a mandatory meeting. We will also start holding the first meeting of every month as mandatory meetings once more. As a reminder, we ask at RMASD that managers attend meetings once a month as a way to make sure everyone is keeping up to date with the happenings of our organization and putting in a fair amount of time in the name of their appointed role. However, if you cannot make the meeting because of outside circumstances, please let me know by 6 PM the day of the meeting with an explanation as to why you can't come. Just as in the past, failure to attend several mandatory meetings will be grounds for calling into question ones managership, possibly resulting in that role being revoked. But, not to worry - just come to RMASD or let me know why you can't and everything is all good! 

While I have your attention, I would like to also announce the presence of a few exciting new opporunities in the shops! As disucssed at last RMASD, we are ready to start setting things for this semester in motion. This will include:

• organizing the wood shop, sewing shop and dark room
• starting virtual programs, which may be held inside the shops or elsewhere
  • programming specifically for RisWeek
• checking out materials from the shops for projects
  • special help requested for glazing leftover pottery projects!
• FOR SENIORS ESPECIALLY creating video tours and tutorials of the shops and projects one can do in them
