March Newsletter

Hello AfriGA community,

Welcome to March! Temperatures are rising, the sun is shining. We spied in the forecast a 19ºC (66ºF) day coming up, and we don't know about you, but we're excited.
This month, we remember a member of our community who has passed on and highlight oppportunities to stay engaged and supported throughout the semester,

Last month, we tragically lost on of our members, Oreoluwa Odetunde. Oreoluwa was a first-year MBA candidate and the recipient of the Forté Foundation MBA Fellowship and a Sage Scholar.
We continue to hold her in our hearts and send our deepest condolences to her family.

Pizza with Profs and Melanin Mixer
We spent some time with Professor Sophie Oldfield where he had stimulating discussion on a myriad of topics including mentorship, self-improvement and the tensions on doing work on Africa from outside the continent.
