In his current role at NIST, he focuses on policies and initiatives dedicated to STEM workforce development in the manufacturing sector, with focuses on biomanufacturing. Previously, he served as a Congressional Fellow in the U.S. Senate in the office of Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE).

Jason Marvin (BME PhD 2022): Jason received his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering in 2022 under the guidance of Dr. Nelly Andarawis-Puri. After his Ph.D., he completed three years of postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School before transitioning into a career in science policy.
