Iconic Cornell - Pizza Making with Cornell Dining in the Discovery Kitchen (Two timeslots)

Cornell Dining’s 400 chefs and skilled staff prepare delicious food to nourish the future from a collection of over 12,500 recipes served at 29 campus eateries.  Join Cornell Dining award-winning Chefs, Balch Faculty-in-Residence Emily Gier and Hu Shih Faculty-in-Residence Eilyan Bitar for a hand’s-on pizza making (and eating!) session in the Discovery Kitchen!
 
•    Two 90-minute session options: 12-1:30 PM or 2:30-4:00 PM (choose one)
•    Registration up to 24 students total per session.

This event is part of the "Iconic Cornell" series and is open to undergraduates. It is a faculty-in-residence sponsored event.
