Details

Field work in Barrow, Alaska.
We will be on a boat for extended periods of time in cooler temperatures. I will be bringing my float suit as personal protective equipment which I'll complement with a life vest on the boat. We will be accompanied by our local contacts & field team. We will be transporting equipment with ATVs, but I will not be driving them. Our local contacts will be the ones driving us and I will not be unsupervised in transporting equipment. Because Barrow, AK has polar bears, I will never be alone outside of buildings; I will always travel in a pair or more.
