Thank you very much for your interest in the CommUNITY Series program. The five-week CommUNITY Series program is ran by the Asian and Asian American Center and will engage participants in an examination of social and identity-based issues that affect Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American (APIDA) identities including history, class/immigration, gender and sexuality, ability, social issues, race, and solidarity. Weekly sessions will include group discussions and activities that will enhance students' abilities to become leaders in the campus community and beyond while strengthening their own understanding of APIDA history and intersectional awareness/advocacy.

Dinner is provided every meeting! (and there may be a gift at the end too :) )

This program relies heavily on student participation and growth. Therefore, every weekly meeting is mandatory and cannot be missed otherwise. The meetings will be held on Fridays: Feb 21, Feb 28, Mar 7, Mar 14, Mar 21 from 4:30-6pm at 626 Thurston 106.

The deadline to complete the regular application is Friday, February 14th
