About Us

The mission of this organization is to encourage women to be supportive of each other and provide opportunities to network with women of all ages. The overarching purpose of The Women's Network initiative is to inspire and empower young women with the hope that they will pay this support forward and help young women in the future. The mission is also to help build more confidence in young women and encourage them to pursue what interests them. The intended impact of this organization is to build a community filled with passionate, ambitious women who will be encouraged to be more supportive of fellow women and be a more inclusive body. The services provided by TWN include networking events, speakers panels, workshops, and opportunities to pursue internships and leadership roles like campus ambassadors, peer mentors, and blog writers.
