Join the SHARE office and South Campus for a training on Sexual Citizenship in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM)!

What does it mean to be a Sexual Citizen?
What is sex for?
How do sexual geographies shape our experiences?
In this 75-minute workshop we will explore the social ecosystem that makes sexual assault on college campuses a common experience. Using a framework that introduces the concepts of “sexual projects,” “sexual citizenship,” and “sexual geographies,” through activities and dialogue we will explore the role of physical spaces, peers, and social and cultural influences that shape students’ experiences and interpretations of both sex and sexual assault.

Led by Laura Weiss, LMSW (she/her), Program Director: Sexual Violence Prevention/Victim Advocacy
