REACH is a service-learning organization made up of Cornell students that provides tutoring and mentoring for K-12 students in Ithaca. We aim to make a meaningful, long-lasting impact on students in Ithaca and to engage Cornell students with their local community.
Educate and empower the next generation of leaders by furthering educational opportunities for students in Ithaca.
Provide valuable tutoring services to the community while taking part in a unique experiential learning opportunity.
Play an active role in the Ithaca area beyond the Cornell campus and form lasting partnerships with the community.
Besides just offering the opportunity to tutor in the community, REACH connects Cornell students with education experts, delivers in-depth training, and gives students the opportunity to make an impact that lasts well beyond the time that the students spend in Ithaca.
