About Us
The Organization of Cornell Planners (OCP) manages departmental professional development and social events for Master's students of Regional Planning, Historic Preservation Planning, and Regional Science. OCP interfaces with several student groups committed to advancing the field of planning: Design Connect, the Women's Planning Forum, and the International Planning Students Organization are among many student organizations whose activities are promoted and co-sponsored by the OCP. OCP can co-host events with student organizations outside CRP and AAP. OCP also provides mentorships to incoming graduate students with a student mentor-mentee system. Lastly, OCP collects and disseminates information regarding departmental information events, job opportunities in the planning profession, and mixer events to all alumni, faculty, and students affiliated within the Cornell Department of City and Regional Planning.
