Nature Rx is built on the premise that time spent in nature is therapeutic, can supplement clinical interventions, and contributes to overall mental health and well-being. We work to help students of all disciplines and levels improve their cognitive ability, lessen symptoms of anxiety, and reduce stress through interactive events in nature. We welcome our members to delve into their personal background, love for the great outdoors, inner wellness and an interest in improving the health of their community as a part of NatureRx.
